Lauren Havens is an agent and investor working in both commercial and residential real estate, primarily serving investors and business owners. She specializes in local grants and government programs, as well as creative solutions to fit every owner. Her experience in real estate is extensive having helped many small businesses as well as having  built a personal portfolio of 27 rental doors as well as a 4 million dollar hospitality company known for its systems and automation.



Patrick Svedin, Co-founder of Traverse Capital

Patrick is a real estate entrepreneur, capital-raising professional, and co-founder of Traverse Capital. His entrepreneurial journey includes ventures in fixing and flipping homes, buying and holding rentals, hard money lending, passive investment, and development. At Traverse Capital, Patrick and his partner, Josh Green, focus on creating passive investment opportunities in build-to-rent townhome communities. They are currently building 20 townhomes in Cedar City, with plans for an additional 16 in the second phase, and have a 24 townhome community underway in Ogden, Utah.

Patrick’s previous experience as the Director of Development at Utah State University's College of Science highlights his fundraising acumen. He played a pivotal role in securing $45 million in private and public funding for the Life Sciences Biology Building, significantly contributing to the university's goals through his adept relationship management with donors, alumni, and stakeholders.
Outside of his professional life, Patrick is an avid fly fisherman who tries to get away as much as possible. He also participates in long-distance events and has completed six marathons and over a dozen half marathons. Additionally, he has finished the St. George Full Ironman, the Las Vegas Half Ironman, and the LOTOJA Classic, a 206-mile bike race from Logan, Utah, to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. But most of all, Patrick enjoys connecting with people.
