• Corey Dutton is a real estate lender and the founder of Private Money Utah and High West Lending. Corey specializes in the placement of private debt funds and lends on both residential and commercial real estate in the Mountain West Region of the U.S., including Utah, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada. Corey obtained her MBA in 2005 from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management. Corey is originally from Austin, Texas and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Corey is the President of a trails foundation that builds recreational and transportation trails in rural areas of Utah.

Jennifer hold’s a finance degree from the University of Utah. Jennifer has also had several rental properties of her own as an investor. Jenise is an Escrow Officer for US Title in the Sugarhouse location. She has been in and out of the Real Estate world since she graduated High School where she worked at a mortgage company while attending college. Her biggest break from Real Estate was while she lived in Maui and worked on sailing catamarans as both Captain and Crew. She found her way back to the “Mainland” and has made her home here in Utah. She vowed to never re-marry or buy Real Estate, however she just recently got married to her husband, Travis and they added a rental property to their portfolio. As new investors and are looking forward to the opportunities ahead. Jenise enjoys summertime, travel, wine and potato juice sampling and cooking.

Now, fueled by a passion for real estate, Israel is poised to transition from industry professional to active investor. His goal? To leverage his knowledge and contribute significantly to the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association.
