Char began his journey in real estate selling Modular and Tiny homes. Char quickly began to excel in his niche, and became the top salesman in the company by a landslide. After learning about the ins and outs of construction financing and building processes, he obtained his real estate license and started helping people buy, sell, and build homes. In 2020 right in the middle of Covid I decided to leave my full time job and flip a house on my own while actively helping clients buy and sell. From that first flip I was addicted to real estate investing. I saw a video on tiktok about wholesaling real estate and told myself I had to give it a shot. My business partner Tyler and I picked out a few distressed homes in our area and called the owners. (About 50 homes) luckily 1 answered and accepted our offer of $50,000. We wholesold the home for $65,000 within 15 minutes on Facebook. Char is now the owner and operator of “We Buy Homes Cash” and I’m currently working on scaling to become the largest wholesaling company in Idaho.
