David Galant founded the Pathway Properties in 2023. They focus on property management and leasing along the Wasatch Front with the headquarters in Salt Lake City. They combine appropriate industry technology and high touch, hands on customer service to minimize vacancy, maximize income, and protect the client’s assets. They are focused, efficient, and adaptable to meet the client’s investments goals. Mr. Galant is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Utah and in California. He is an investment property owner and has worked in Property management for 15 years, working for large institutional corporations and local regional companies. In his free time, he spends time with his family and volunteers in his community, is an assistant High School wrestling coach, and active Jiu Jitsu competitor.
 
Elizabeth Beutler has been a real estate agent since 2016 and started in Property Management in 2019. Prior to being in real estate, along with her husband she was in the Restaurant business for 32 years. At that point it became very clear how important it was to own the building and land that the restaurants sat on. The first commercial building they purchased was in 1999, then went on to purchase two more. Altogether, they own 3 restaurant buildings. The first residential rental property purchase was in 2014, then went on to purchase two more. Since owning and managing their own rentals, it was a natural progression to get into rental management for other owners. She is very passionate about Property Management and enjoy helping owners through the obstacles of what it takes to be good at it. She has been married for 36 years with 2 children and 1 grandchild. Her passions are travelling and enjoying life!
