Sean Steinman is a Utah-based Real Estate Professional and the Founder & CEO of Resonance Ventures, a real estate development company based in Salt Lake City that works to create spaces that allow human beings to live, work and play. Encompassing everything from industrial, multi-family, residential developments and community-focused food and beverage operating companies, Resonance Ventures has a motto that resonates throughout them all which is ‘Love Your City’. Sean began his professional career within the music industry and got his first taste of entrepreneurship when he noticed a gap in music education that he knew he could fix. This prompted him to start Alpine Percussion and set up the design and development of a practice marimba and alignment in manufacturing to import products into the US for white labeling within US-based music companies. The success of this company allowed him to begin focusing on bigger and better ideas, resulting in being courted by a local sustainable home builder Garbett Homes. This kick-started his REI structure and business strategies and left him with a keen desire to start Resonance Homes & Development which would later be absorbed by Resonance Ventures. When Sean is not working and creating, he is spending time with his wife Allison and two children Violet and Judah, splitting time between his home in Cottonwood Heights and his property up near Smith & Moorehouse reservoir in Oakley, Utah. Sean has a strong spiritual connection with the mountains and rivers our beautiful state has to offer and spends as much time as possible enjoying fishing, rafting, biking and climbing.
