Jax H. Pettey is a Partner at the Sandy Utah office of Pettey and Associates Law Office, LC, focusing on transactional Real Estate and related law. He has worked in the Title and Escrow field since 1994 and has been a licensed attorney since 2003. He assists people with complex seller finance transactions and has served on several boards of director. He was presented a leadership award from a national congressional committee in 2003 for serving as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council. Mr. Pettey has extensive experience in Real Estate transactional work and has personally assisted in the closing of thousands of transactions. He has served as the manager of several companies has worked with the Latin community for the majority of those years and is completely bilingual in English and Spanish. Mr. Pettey is also a recognized authority in seller financing and in 2018 was requested by the state of Utah to consult on suggested changes for the Realtor seller finance addendum. David B Kenney has been an investor and Principal Broker for Realty Choice for over 40 years and an instructor for over 10 years for the Seller Financing CE class offered by Jax Pettey and currently the Seller Financing Education Series. David has a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and chemistry from Brigham Young University and a master's of business administration degree from the University of Utah. He started his career in 1980 when interest rates were 18%. Seller Financing was a big part of successful real estate back then and David has used those tools throughout his career as a broker and as an investor. With hundreds of Seller Financing transactions under his belt, his knowledge and experience has made his education series a must for anyone wanting to master the Seller Financing techniques for our new market.
