Nate grew up in Utah in the construction trade. His dad built custom homes across the Wasatch front, developing land in both Utah and Wasatch counties. His mom was a realtor and interior designer. This built the foundation for pairing both quality and design. He was able to work on crews ranging from framing, finish work and concrete. Hard work and preparation have been vital tools building a successful business. Nate attended UVU and later BYU when he met his wife Desi. He then moved to Idaho and ran a large scale farming operation for 10 years. Land has always been a big part of his life whether it was farming or building homes. He has always had an appreciation for building and had the opportunity to build businesses, homes and relationships. He moved back to Utah with his wife and 5 kids and started Carson Builders with his dad where they flip properties and continue to build custom homes. Investment and growth mindset have always been a goal within the business. They have built a rental portfolio of single family homes and look to extend that in the years to come. The years of construction knowledge and business relationships have proven to be invaluable in both new construction and flipping homes.

Brett Johnson transitioned from the financial services industry 15 years ago to pursue his dream of working in real estate. He began by flipping homes with a partner, and after two years, he ventured out on his own. About five years into this journey, Brett became a general contractor as friends and acquaintances started asking him to remodel their homes. He then established two businesses: Re-New Homes and Investments, Inc., and Re-New Homes and Construction. Today, his business is split between flipping his own properties and working primarily with other investors on their flips and rentals. Brett frequently partners with other investors on flips as well. Additionally, Re-New Homes and Construction provides extensive service work for property Management companies, ensuring rentals are ready for new tenants. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brett is most proud of being a father to four amazing daughters and enjoys spending time with them on the golf course, whether watching or playing together Tyler Gray is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and investor. He owns and operates a construction company, a dumpster business, and a sober living facility. Additionally, he is involved in a wholesaler and list it higher company, and has invested in rental properties. Beyond his professional pursuits, Tyler is passionate about riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with his family. With his extensive experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to family, Tyler Gray is widely respected and admired in both the business and personal realms.
