His real estate journey began in 2018 when he purchased his first rental, gradually building his portfolio to seven doors, always gravitating toward properties that need work.
Growing up outside of Chicago, Jeremy was exposed to construction early on through his father, a union framer. This hands-on experience led him to pursue a graduate degree in Civil and Construction Engineering. Now working full-time in real estate, he continues to apply his construction expertise to property remodels. Jeremy developed a relentless work ethic during his time as an Alaskan salmon fisherman during the summers, where the demanding grind shaped his approach to real estate and business.
